PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnetic induction heating cooking device having the capability of generating a temperature zone comprising high and low temperature sections concurrently on a heated vessel. CONSTITUTION:There are provided an operation section 5 having a key switch to alternately supply power to the first and second electromagnetic induction coils 3a and 3b, a temperature detection section 4 to detect the temperature of a heated vessel, and a control circuit section 200 to cause power to be supplied to the first electromagnetic induction coil 3a when the key switch is turned on, and to cause power to be alternately supplied to the first and second electromagnetic induction coils 3a and 3b when the temperature of the heated vessel reaches the predetermined level. As heat is applied to the heated vessel via alternate power supply to the first and second electromagnetic induction coils 3a and 3b, the vessel can be efficiently heated, and a temperature zone comprising high and low temperature sections can be provided. |
