CONSTITUTION:This backup circuit equipped with the memory 103 to hold the operating state of the device and adjusting data, etc., a capacitor 106 as the holding power source of the memory 104, and the battery 114 is provided with such feature that charge on the capacitor 106 is executed when a power source is applied, and the backup is performed by discharging the capacitor 106 when the power source is disconnected, and when the capacity of the capacitor 106 arrives at a prescribed value, the backup is performed by the battery 114. |
