<p>PURPOSE:To inform a current value proper to a printed board to a DC power unit by automatically detecting when the hot line of the printed board is exchanged and to optimize the line capacity of the DC power unit by setting an overcurrent limited value based on the current value. CONSTITUTION:This system is comprised by mounting a metal fitting 30 representing the current value proper to the printed board 20 on the board 20, while, providing a read sensor 40 along a card guide, and making the metal fitting 30 pass the read sensor 40 just before the board 20 is moved on the card guide and is inserted to a connector 21. At this time, the read sensor 40 outputs a board insertion prediction signal 41, and simultaneously, reads the current value encoded based on the degree of short of the teeth of comb of the metal fitting 30, and outputs a read value 42. The microcomputer 16 of the DC power unit 10 fetches the read value 42 at the timing of board insertion prediction signal 41, and sets the overcurrent value of the unit 10, and detects the overcurrent when the board is inserted.</p> |
