A method of producing new chloroaniline derivatives with the general formula 1, where X and Y independently stand for C(1-6)-alkylene, and the sum of carbon atoms in X and Y radicals is higher than 10, and Het stands for thiazolyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl, quinolinyl or benzimidazole, and the Het group may be substituted with C(1-4)-alkylene, and also its physiologically permissible salts and solvates characterised in that the alkylation is carried out with amine with the formula 4, where R<5> stands for carbon atom or a covering group, with the use of an alkylating agent with the general formula 5, where L stands for split-off group, and further, possibly, the covering groups are split off, and in the case of producing the compound with formula 1 in the form of the mixture of antimers, antimers are possibly separated from the mixture and/or possibly the produced compound with the formula 1 or its salt is carried out into its physiologically permissible salt or solvate.<IMAGE>
