CONSTITUTION:An integration ticket card and a coupon ticket card are primary- encoded, namely, they are encoded in only a basic part such as a start bit and an end bit, etc., by using an exclusive encoder 5 at a transpotation company, and the card incapable of being used as it is transported to each agent store 1 by a delivery truck 3. Then, in the case of the integration ticket card, it is secondary-encoded, namely, it is on-value-encoded by an off-line terminal 5 by the driver of the delivery truck 3, and is issued to each agent store 1. Besides, in the case of the coupon ticket card, it is secondary-encoded, namely, it is on-value-encoded by the off-line terminal 5 by each agent store 1, and is issued to a user.</p> |
