CONSTITUTION:An on-line program 1 outputs the data of this day inputted from a terminal 4 to a this day data transaction file 2 by referring to a file information storage file 5. When it becomes daily accounts summation processing time, a file switch control program 3 rewrites the file information of the file information storage file 5, and exchanges automatically the this day data transaction file 2 and a following day data transaction file 2' for each other. A daily accounts summation processing program 6 gives the daily accounts summation processing to the this day data transaction file 2, and simultaneously, the on-line program 1 outputs the data of the following day inputted from the terminal 4 to the following day data transaction file 2' by referring to the file information storage file 5. |
