<p>PURPOSE:To load a cassette automatically on a cassette recorder by controlling a handling robot under the control of a host computer and to eliminate the error set when manually setting the cassette to a cassette housing rack in the case of unloading it from the cassette recorder. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 1 monitors the housing state such as the idle state of the cassette housing rack 5 and a buffer rack 7 through a cassette state management unit 6. The host computer 1 controls a robot controller 2 and a drives a cassette handling robot 3, executing the loading and unloading of a cassette set to the cassette housing rack 5 on the cassette recorder 7. A buffer rack 4 is the one which manually, and the cassette that a user wants to be loaded or unloaded manually, and the cassette temporarily stored in this rack is registered in the host computer 1 to perform the loading and unloading by the host computer 1. Thus, the error set at the direct setting to the cassette housing rack 5 due to manual operation can be eliminated.</p> |
