A circuit of a programming device for the operation of central heating boilers, containing a microprocessor connected to an external storage block and a decoder block connected also to the external storage block, and a temperature measurement circuit and a time and temperature signalling circuit, characterised in that it is composed of a final control block (2) and the programmer proper (1), in which the external storage block (4) is connected to the power supply maintenance circuit (21) and which contains a keyboard programming circuit (11) with the output connected to the microprocessor (3) which is also connected to the quartz oscillator circuit (6) and the temperature measurement circuit (7), whose second output is connected to the time and temperature signalling circuit (8), whose second input is connected to the microprocessor (3) which is also connected to the display control circuit (9) with output connected to the sound signalling circuit (10) and to the external devices control circuit (12), whose outputs are connected to the temperature measurement circuit (7) and the final control block (2), and all the blocks and circuits of the programmer proper (1), except for the quartz oscillator circuit (6), are connected to the power supply block (20) connected to the alternating current grid, and the final control block (2) is connected to the alternating current grid via the appropriate power supply (16).<IMAGE>
