A device for suspension of a vehicle cab, especially in cross-country vehicles, for absorbing tilting motions in the lateral direction and motions in the vertical direction. The device is characterized in that beneath the cab 3 and in the region of each of its sides, viewed in the direction of travel, there are disposed front and rear first links 4, which stand upright and are rigidly connected one to the other and which in the transverse direction of the vehicle are articulately connected to the chassis 1 of the vehicle, in that in the region of each side of the cab, viewed in the direction of travel, there are disposed in articulated arrangement, next to the cab in the transverse direction, front and rear second links 7, which are rigidly connected one to the other and extend horizontally and which in the transverse direction are each articulately connected to the upper part of a respective first link. The links 4 in the first pair of links are connected to the links 7 in the second pair of links by means of hinge joints 9, which are situated on the side of a vertical plane through the hinge joint 6 connecting the front and rear first links to the chassis. A first control apparatus is arranged for pivoting of the first links and a second control apparatus is arranged such that it acts between the mutually opposing second links so as to pivot these upwards and downwards simultaneously. <IMAGE> |
