PURPOSE:To obtain the title receptor containing a hybrid protein receptor containing an antigen recognition range of an immunoglobulin and a signal induction range of a cell membrane surface receptor, starting a signal depending upon an amount of antigen bonded, specifically detecting pathogenic viruses, allergens, tumor specific antigens, etc., in high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:As a DNA encoding an antigen recognition range of immunoglobulin, mouse immunoglobulin IgM plasmid pSV-Vmu1 is treated with restriction enzyme KpnI, the treated material is subcloned with cloning vector pUC119 treated with KpnI, digested with PstI to give a digested material, into which a fragment prepared by digesting plinkER2i, a DNA encoding a cell growth factor receptor (EGFR) as a signal induction range of a cell membrane surface receptor, with PstI is inserted to prepare a recombinant plasmid. The recombinant plasmid is transduced with Escherichia coli, transformed, two transform ants are cultured and manifested to give a hybrid protein receptor containing an antigen recognition range of an immunoglobulin and a signal induction range of a cell membrane surface receptor. |
