Installation for force-feeding of poultry, by an operator, with the aid of a force-feeding appliance (34), especially for ducks, which are arranged in substantially parallelepipedal cages juxtaposed with one another, along the same alignment axis (14) and equipped with an aperture (20) at the upper part, in such a way as to allow through the head and the neck of the said poultry, the cages being supported by a chassis resting on the ground, characterised in that it comprises a service frame (16) which is movable with respect to the cages, and means (18) for driving this frame in translation along the alignment axis (14) of the cages. <IMAGE>
