PURPOSE:To manufacture the title small loss oxide magnetic material capable of extenuating the power loss by a method wherein the sub-components and the parts of main components are previously baked at low temperature into an eutectic compound later to be added as additives. CONSTITUTION:The parts of ferric oxide (Fe2O3), manganese monoxide (MnO) and zinc oxide (ZnO) as the main components as well as silicon dioxide (SiO2) and calcium oxide (CaO) as the sub-components are previously baked at low temperature into an eutectic compound later to be added to the material powder containing the residual main components. Through these procedures, the manufactured small loss oxide magnetic material contains 30-42 molar % of manganese monoxide (MnO), 4-19 molar % of zinc oxide (ZnO) and residual ferric oxide (Fe2O3) as the main components as well as 0.020-0.150wt.% of calcium oxide (CaO) and 0.005-0.100wt% of silicon dioxide (SiO2) as the sub-components furthermore, hafnium oxide (HfO2) and zirconium oxide (ZrO2) as additives. |
