PURPOSE:To obtain an antistatic composition which is improved in permanent antistatic properties and gives a molding improved in appearance by mixing a polyolefin, a polyether ester amide, and a specified styrenesulfonic acid compound. CONSTITUTION:An amino carboxylic acid, a dicarboxylic acid/diamine salt or a lactam, a dicarboxylic acid, and a poly(alkylene oxide) glycol are melt compounded, and polymerization is effected in a high vacuum to give a polyether ester amide (A). 100 pts.wt. mixture of 90-1wt.% component A and 10-99wt.% polyolefin (B) is mixed with 0.01-50 pts.wt. styrenesulfonic acid compound (C) of the formula [wherein R is H, alkyl or aryl; X is H, an alkali (alkaline earth) metal or ammonium; (n) is 1 to 20,000], thus giving the objective composition. |
