PURPOSE:To facilitate incorporation of an output system of a transmission into a case and secure a sufficient supporting strength of an output shaft by means of less bearings in a type where an engine and the transmission are arranged in parallel, and these cases are integrated. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft 22 and an output gear 26 of a transmission are divided. The output shaft 26 is supported at two parts of both ends relative to a case 70 in the axial direction through the respective bearings 91, 91 in a rotatable manner, and the output shaft 22 is penetrated into the output gear 26 and the spline connection is made thereto.
