PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a holder, etc., by using a supporting pipe which is laid between side plates and to excellently destaticize the surface of a photosensitive drum even when a destaticizing lamp is not arranged to be distant from a bracket in a direction parallel with the surface of the photosensitive drum. CONSTITUTION:A hollow supporting pipe 30, which is turnably supported on the side plate of a copying machine and laid between the side plates of the copying machine, is inserted through holes respectively formed in the bent parts 26b and 26b of a bracket 26 supporting a cleaning blade 23. Counterclockwise turning force centering around the center shaft of the pipe 30 is given to the bracket 26 by a spring, etc. A destaticizing lamp 40 is arranged in the pipe 30, and a transmitting hole 30a through which destaticizing light from the inside destaticizing lamp 40 is transmitted is formed on the peripheral surface of the pipe 30 opposed to the surface of the photosensitive drum 1 in a state where the cleaning blade 23 is allowed to press-contact to the surface of the drum 1. |
