Dismantleable sauna for bath with distant infrared, comprising a lower panel (1) at the base, a first front panel (2) and a second front panel (3) arranged on each side at the front, a door panel (4) arranged at the front between the first and the second front panel, a first lateral panel (5) arranged on one side, the second lateral panel (6) arranged on an opposite side, a first rear panel (7) and a second rear panel (8) arranged at the rear, an upper panel (9) arranged on the top and an electrical control box (10) mounted on the upper panel on the top. The lower, front, lateral, rear and upper panels are, respectively, assembled by means of groove/tongue and tenon/mortice connections so as to be capable of being easily dismantled when the sauna is not in use. <IMAGE>
