PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet having excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance and remarkable gas-shielding property and electrical contacting property, by filling a heat-fusible resin in a void of a sheet composed of polytetrafluoroethylene and electrically conductive fine powder. CONSTITUTION:A heat-fusible resin is filled in the voids of an electrically con ductive sheet composed of 3-40% polytetrafluoroethylene and 60-97% electri cally conductive fine powder having an average particle diameter of <=10mum. The heat-fusible resin is a fluorine-containing resin containing a polytetrafluoroethylene, a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether, a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, or a copolymer of polychlorotrifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene. The electrically conductive fine powder is fine powder of carbonaceous sub stance. |
