Object of the present invention is to make it possible to cool members to be cooled effectively with small amount of cooling air. According to the present invention, turbulence promotor ribs are so formed that cooling fluid along a wall flows from center of the wall to both ends portions of the wall. In accordance with the above described structure, highly enhanced thermal conducting effect, namely high cooling heat transfer coefficient, can be obtained, and it becomes possible to cool members effectively with small amount of cooling air.
