PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF BIOPRODUCTS FROM DISINTEGRATED YEAST BIOMASS

The method is applied in the food processing and the microbiological industry. It simultaneously extracts protein isolate; polysaccharidic-protein concentrate and yeast extract with appropriate quality parameters and ensures the rational utilization of the yeast cell components. The yeast biomass is disintegrated upon pH of 7.5 to 7.8, upon which the cellular radicals are segregated. After those are watered and dried, the polysaccharidic-protein concentrate is derived. After the cellular walls are liberated, the extract is denuclearised in the presence of 2.5% sodium chloride upon pH 6.0 and temperature of 55 degrees C for 60 minutes and 70 degrees for five minutes. The precipitated protein isolate is concentrated to 8% dry substance, and after that it s being dried.
