CONSTITUTION:A data contents editing inhibition flag setting means 2 sets a data contents editing inhibition flag in a data contents editing inhibition flag storage means 1 with the instruction of an operator. A space information editing inhibition flag setting means 4 sets a space information editing inhibition flag in a space information editing inhibition flag storage means 3 with the instruction of the operator. A time information editing inhibition flag setting means 6 sets a time information editing inhibition flag in a time information editing inhibition flag storage means 5 with the instruction of the operator. A sentence information editing means 7 edits sentence information. A graphic information editing means 10 edits graphic information. A moving picture information editing means 13 edits moving picture information.
