PURPOSE:To provide a glass ceramics substrate wherein a polyimide layer formed on the surface of a substrate body is prevented from being peeled off from the substrate body of the glass ceramics substrate. CONSTITUTION:A bonding pattern 4 is formed on the peripheral edge part of an insulating layer 3 laminated on the surface of a substrate body 2 of a glass ceramic substrate 1 for securing bending strength between the substrate body 2 and the insulating layer 3. Further, the bonding pattern 4 is connected with a dummy via conductor 5 provided in the substrate body 2 to ensure anchoring effect. Further, the dummy via conductor 5 is connected to a thick film pattern 10 provided in the substrate body 2 to increase the anchoring effect. |
