<p>PURPOSE:To detect the omission of the date record when the result of a total process control machine is received by providing a collation key code adding means and a collation key code check means. CONSTITUTION:The production result data are sent to a total process control machine processing part R3 from a group control host processing part R1, a result data transmission means 1 inputs these result data. At the same time, a collation key code adding means 2 adds a collation key code to the production result data. A data repeater processing part R2 receives the collation key code and sends it to a data maintenance means 3. Then a circuit check means 4 transmits the collation key code to the part R3 after checking a circuit. The part R3 collates the total number of transmitted records of the collation key code of the received production result data with the total number of actually recorded records through a collation key code check means 5. When no coincidence is obtained between both total numbers, a post-processing means 6 outputs an error message.</p> |
