HIGH-FREQUENCY WAVE TRANSMISSION SIGNAL LINE

PURPOSE:To enable a signal transmission line which takes advantage of the inner layer of a multilayer board to be enhanced in shielding effect. CONSTITUTION:A signal transmission line 36 formed on a multilayer surface 33 in a multilayer board is shielded by grounding conductors 35 and 37 formed on other multilayer surfaces 32 and 34. Furthermore, an electric power is fed to one end of the signal line 36 through an input point 38 located at the surface of a component and led out from an output point 39 located at the surface of the component through the intermediary of a through-hole 45 as taken out from the other end of the signal line 36. As the through-holes 44 and 45 are made to stop at the multilayer surface 33 so as not to reach to the grounding conductor 37, the signal transmission line 36 is shielded by the grounding conductor 37.
