TOTAL STOCK UPDATING DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of an operator and to prevent the malfunctions due to the operating mistakes by updating automatically the total stock of each item with input of the work result data and therefore setting the operator free from the in-stock input and the out-stock input. CONSTITUTION:The work result data are inputted with operation of a keyboard 2 of an input part 1 when the work is completed in a due process. A deciding means 4 decides the process types included in the work result data and delivers the items and the work quantity included in the work result data to an out-stock means 6 in a 1st process as the out-stock information. In the final process, the items and the work quantity included in the work result data are delivered to an in-stock means 5 as the in-stock information. The means 5 replaces the items and the work quantity included in the in-stock information with the in- stock items and the in-stock quantity respectively and then updates the stock data 8. Meanwhile the means 6 retrieves the items lower then a processing level by one rank in the out-stock information out of the parts table data a and then updates the data 8.
