PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the sorting jobs by calculating the accurate number of personnel required at the working sites divided for each type of baggages collected at a beggage center. CONSTITUTION:At an arriving case number input part 1, the number of cases are inputted for each type and every time a case arrives. Then the number of forwarded cases are inputted at a forwarded case number input part 2 for each type of cases and every time a case is forwarded. A case conversion rate input part 3 inputs a standard number showing how many baggages are stored for each type of cases. A staying baggage number calculating part 6 calculates the number of staying baggages for each type of cases, i.e., for each working site based on the difference between the number of arrived cases and that of forwarded cases. A working site necessary personnel number calculating part 8 calculates the number of personnel required for sorting the staying baggages based on the necessary personnel conversion rate inputted separately. A display part stores periodically the number of personnel required and displays it in time series. A necessary personnel decider decides the number of personnel required at each working site based on the change of the displayed number of personnel required. |
