<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a toner having satisfactory anti-offsetting property at the time of fixing and a low min. fixing temp. and preventing wrapping around a fixing roll by incorporating carnauba wax and a specified compd. as releasing agents. CONSTITUTION:This toner is based on a binding resin, a colorant and releasing agents. Polyester resin is used as the binding resin and carnauba wax and a fluorine-contg. sulfonate compd. represented by the formula are contained as the releasing agents. In the formula, MK<+> is Na<+>, K<+>, Li<+>, Ca<2+>, Ba<2+>, etc., n is a positive integer and k is an integer of 1-3. It is preferable that montan wax and oxidized rice wax are further contained as releasing agents.</p> |
