<p>In a method for automatically placing two half-cones in the conical recess of a retainer (4) intended to receive them, according to which each of these half-cones (C) is brought, by gravity, into a stand-by position and the retainer (4) is brought horizontally under this stand-by position, the invention provides that, while the half-cones (C) are being held in the stand-by position by the gripping on a guide (37) coaxial with the recess of the retainer (4), the retainer (4) is raised towards the half-cones (C) so that the guide (37) penetrates into the retainer (4), the gripper (41) (42) opens in order to allow the half-cones (C) to slide between the guide and the wall of the recess and then the retainer (4) is lowered in order to release it from the aforementioned coaxial guide (37) and to enable it to be removed horizontally. <IMAGE></p> |
