THERMAL TRANSFER SHEET FOR MANUFACTURING PRINTING MASTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the preservability of a laser writing thermal transfer sheet for preparing a master for offset printing. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating layer 4 wherein a near infrared absorbing dye 3 is dispersed in an oleophilic image line forming material 2 is formed on a base sheet 1. As the near infrared absorbing dye, a quinoneimine type dye is sued. By this constitution, a laser writing thermal transfer sheet excellent in preservability and resolving power is obtained.
