<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate armor coating by eliminating the need for an insulation sheet with a part of a spool made thicker to lower production costs such as material cost. CONSTITUTION:This sensor is provided with a ferromagnetic core 4 with a part of a magnetic path opened, a spool 5 encircling the core 4, a coil 3 wound on the spool 5, a Hall element 2 arranged near an opening of the core 4 and a substrate 1, on the top surface of which a detection circuit is formed to amplify and output an output of the Hall element 2. The tip of the core 4 on the substrate 1 is covered completely with a part of the spool 5.</p> |
