PURPOSE:To provide a leukocyte removing filter having the high and stable collecting capacity of leukocytes and capable of efficiently separating leukocytes from blood. CONSTITUTION:The purpose is achieved by a leukocyte removing filter composed of a porous body having a three-dimensional reticulated continuous structure having open voids with the most frequent (most numerous) void size of 1-5mum and characterized by that the atmospheric dust permeability of said structure is 200 or less with respect to a blank permitting atmospheric dust with a particle diameter of 3mum or more to pass in an amount of 100000. |
