PRODUCTION OF ALLOY POWDER FOR ELECTRODE CATALYST OF FUEL CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce alloy powder for the electrode catalyst of a fuel cell while easily regulating the average particle diameter of the powder. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a resin molded body is plasma-etched, an alloy is sputtered on the etched surface and the resulting alloy layer is rubbed off to produce alloy powder. The average particle diameter of this alloy powder is regulated by properly regulating the surface state of the resin molded body roughened by plasma etching.
