PURPOSE:To realize a high speed coding function with simple configuration by solving the increase in the circuit scale of a decoding means and the increase in the processing time when an upper limit of an input pulse to be counted is larger. CONSTITUTION:A number detection circuit 13 detects number of 1s in an output of a 2-way linear feedback shift register 11 and a decoder 14 receives a few number of output signals and an output of the number detection circuit 13 in an output signal of the 2-way linear feedback shift register 11 to discriminate whether or not the count is a specific value and to output it. |
