PURPOSE:To attain a high conversion speed and to prevent a difference from being caused in the conversion speed. CONSTITUTION:The method is a conversion method of a binary data into a BCD code in order to display an n-bit numeral expressed in a binary number onto a display element L in a decimal number, and digit relevant binarized decimal numbers 2N<-1>(BCD), 2N<-2>(BCD),...2 deg.(BCD) are made correspondent to N-th, (N-1)th...1st digits of an N-bit data stored in a 1st register A of a central processing unit C and expressed in a binary number respectively. Then a digit relevant binarized decimal number corresponding to the digit of an N-bit data whose level is '1' stored in the 1st register and expressed in a binary number is subject to binarized-decimal addition to a 2nd register H. Then a data of each digit in binarized-decimal number expression in the 2nd register is inputted to a display element decoder D and a numeral in N-bit expressed in a binary number is displayed in a decimal number to a display element L via a display element decoder. |
