<p>PURPOSE:To easily design a layout of a wire harness and a joint box by providing switch means for controlling to switch a drive line in response to a driving state of a load between a drive power source and the load. CONSTITUTION:When a driving voltage is supplied to a voltage input terminal T3 and a control signal having a predetermined level or more is applied to an input terminal T2, a logic circuit 15e drives a charge pump 15f, and closes switch means 15g. As a result, an intelligent power switch 15 supplies a drive power supplied to the terminal T3 from a terminal T5 to a load. If the terminal T5 and the load are ground-faulted therebetween to become an overcurrent, a current detector 15d detects it, and a temperature detector 15c also detects a temperature rise upon a full current. The circuit 15e controls the pump 15f, and sets the means 15g to OFF. Thus, a layout of a wire harness and a joint box are easily designed.</p> |
