PURPOSE:To provide a motor controlling circuit and motor controller which do not generate any noise. CONSTITUTION:When the turbulence 16a of a driving current Pa is detected by transistors Q5 and R1 and the difference between driving signals Pa and Pc is fed back to a driving signal Pb via differential amplifier circuit 17 and a transistor Q1 receives a driving signal Pka obtained as a result, it is possmble to suppress the turbulence 16a of the driving current Pa. |
