<p>PURPOSE:To provide a track ball which is made to easily move linearly in an arbitrary direction. CONSTITUTION:A ball 1 has a through-hole 2 which passes a center part and penetrates from one surface to the other surface by a straight line. A rotary shaft 8 penetrates the through hole 2 and the both ends are fixed on the inside wall of a hollow disk 3 having a hollow part whose diameter is larger than that of the ball 1. An upper part side groove part 11 is provided on the surrounding of spherical surface outside part of a body having a spherical surface recessed part 10 in the center part. A bearing 4 is arranged holding the disk part of the hollow disk by the same number between an upper wall and a lower wall of the upper part side groove part 11. A stopper 6 projects toward the outer peripheral wall of the hollow disk 3 from an upper part side groove inside wall 12 by receiving the instruction of a fixed switch 7 provided on an external part, pushes a hollow disk outer peripheral wall 13, stops and fixes the rotation of the hollow disk 3, and makes the rotation of the hollow disk 3 move freely by performing the recession by the stopper from the outer peripheral wall of the hollow disk 3 reversely.</p> |
