PURPOSE:To use only a KANJI(Chinese character) that have the successful results of a KANJI learning degree test by testing the KANJI learning degree of a user, recording this test result into a result table file, and making a KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI converter means refer to the test result recorded in the result table file. CONSTITUTION:A KANA/KANJI conversion program 5 uses an H/W, and a user retrieves a dictionary file 6 with use of the KANA inputted through a keyboard 3 to obtain the candidate KANJI and phrase. Then the user retrieves a result table file 8 to display only the KANJI and the phrase that have the successful test results. If the proper KANJI and phrase are displayed, the KANA is replaced with a selected KANJI and phrase in the same way as the normal KANA/KANJI conversion. Thus a KANA/KANJI converting operation is complete. If no proper KANJI is displayed, the relevant KANA is displayed as it is. Thus the test results are recorded in accordance with the file 6 by a program 7 which tests the KANJI learning degree with use of a handwritten character input device 4. Thus the user can learn new KANJI. |
