The invention concerns a drive-slip-controlled brake system in which, during-slip control, a pump aspirates pressurized-fluid from a reservoir (15) through the pressure chamber of the master cylinder (1). The invention proposes that the brake-pressure generator be fitted with an additional connecting line (18) between the pressure chamber (3) and the pressurized-fluid reservoir (15) and that a non-return valve (13, 14) which opens in the direction of the pressure chamber (3) be fitted in this line (18). As a result, the functioning of the master cylinder (1) is completely unaffected by operation of the brakes while, for drive-slip control purposes, a greater flow cross-section is available between the pressurized-fluid reservoir (15) and the aspiration side of the pump, thus permitting a higher pressurized-fluid flow rate.
