<p>PURPOSE:To provide a smooth and beautiful curved surface material by a simple method by locking an inorganic plate which can be bent by a dry method on a curved surface backing steel plate, mirror-finishing the surface thereof, and coating and finishing the same with a weather-resisting paint. CONSTITUTION:A hydrate which is flexible and rich in flexibility and plasticity is selectively generated, and the kind and the quantity of reinforcing fiber and aggregate are well-combined with each other to manufacture an inorganic plate 1 which can be bent by a dry method. The inorganic plate 1 is locked on a curved surface backing steel plate 2 such as a molten zinc steel plate, a stainless steel plate or the like by rivets, bolt nuts and an adhesive. Subsequently, the surface of the inorganic plate 1 is finished like a mirror through steps of puttying, polishing, a surfacer process, and further the surface thereof is coated and finished with a weather-resisting paint such as a fluororesin paint, an inorganic paint or the like.</p> |
