<p>PURPOSE:To satisfactorily record images of different densities without changing a size and deteriorating an image quality even using a simple-construction and easy-production recording head. CONSTITUTION:Out of (m) LEDs contained in a first LED group DA, (m-n) LEDs are determined as unconnecting elements in a distributed manner. In addition, out of the (m) LEDs contained in the first LED group DA, (n) LEDs other than the LEDs determined as unconnecting elements are determined as connecting elements. The unconnecting elements are not connected to any of LEDs contained in a second LED group DB, but singly connected to drive circuits 4-1-4-14. The connecting elements are connected to the LEDs contained in the second LED group DB from the end of the first LED group DA and the end of the second LED group DB in order.</p> |
