IMAGE TRANSFER DEVICE WITH TRAY

摘要

PURPOSE:To effect a safe and easy attachment and detachment of soft sheet-like material by a method wherein an inserting tray is provided to insert an image forming material and an image receiver and the inserting tray is pivoted in its central supporting part to make its ends freely turnable toward the transfer cylinder or impression cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The image transfer device is provided with an impression cylinder 1 having an image forming material attached thereto and a transfer cylinder 7 having an image receiver attached thereto. The image of the image forming material formed on a photosensitive layer is transferred onto the image receiver by a nip between the impression cylinder 1 and the transfer cylinder 7. On the aforesaid structure, is provided an inserting tray 11 for inserting the image forming material and the image receiver. The inserting tray 11 is pivoted in its central supporting part 12 to make its ends freely turnable. A cover 13 for the impression cylinder and a cover 14 for the transfer cylinder are provide separately and an inclination angle of the transfer cylinder cover 14 on the inserting tray side is made the same as that of the inserting tray 11 at the time of attaching the image forming material.
