PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain a dielectric porcelain composition capable of sintering at a relatively low temp. CONSTITUTION:The composition is a dielectric porcelain composition prepared by mixing, by weight, 5-30% glass and 1-15% CuO with 100% of material consisting of the oxides of Ca, Nb, and Ti and sintering the resulting mixture. At this time, as to the amounts of Ca, Nb, and Ti, the above-mentioned material has a composition consisting of 50.0-99.3 mole % Ca, 0.53-11.5 mole % Nb, and 0.17-38.5 mole % Ti expressed in terms of CaTiO3, Nb2O3, and TiO2, respectively. |
