PURPOSE:To produce a carbon dioxide water containing a relatively large volume of the gas at about ordinary temperature by allowing raw water to pass through a fine particle porous material in a reduced pressure atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Raw water is fed into a deaeration tank 1 as shown by the arrow 24 and subsequently blown out from a porous material 5a in the deaeration tank under a reduced pressure of approximately 500mmHg. The deaerated water 25 reduced in the dissolved oxygen gas is fed into a cooler 8 as shown by the arrow 30, maintained at a constant temperature in a temperature controller 32, bubbled with carbon dioxide gas in an ejector 9, mixed with the carbon dioxide gas in a mixer 10, and subsequently blown out from a porous material 5b in a carbon dioxide tank 12 as shown by the arrow 33. The carbon dioxide concentration of the carbon dioxide water is measured with a carbon dioxide concentration-measuring device 21e, and when the concentration does not reach a prescribed value, the carbon dioxide water is fed into the ejector 9. The carbon dioxide water having a prescribed concentration is obtained by such circulation. |
