PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of violent whrling vibration when the rotation angular velocity of a rotary shaft attains a specified value, in a rotary machine, such as a motor. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 3 supported to a bearing 12 rotatably around an axial center is located to the axial center of a rotary body 11. The bearing 12 is fixed to secondary yokes 13 respectively supported to a stand 15 through the force of springs 14.... A sensor 16 and electromagnets 10 are arranged in the vicinity of the respective secondary yokes 13. A detecting signal from the sensor 16 is inputted to a control device 17. The control device 17 outputs a control signal, responding to a detecting signal therefrom, to a power amplifier 18 so as to suppress the generation of vibration of the secondary yoke 13. The power amplifier 18 feeds an exciting current to the electromagnet 10 according to a control signal, attracts the secondary yokes 13 according to the exiting current, and suppresses the generation of vibration of the rotary body 11. |
