PURPOSE:To cut off a branch hole of a gas conduit from the inner side of the gas conduit without hampering the gas flow. CONSTITUTION:A hollow tubular main body 1 provided with a gas passage 2 penetrating at the center is formed of a soft material having an airtightness such as a rubber coated nylon cloth, and doughnut form seals 4 and 4a whose diameter is larger than that of the main body 1 are formed unitary at both sides of the main body 1, they are inserted in a gas conduit 8 from a service tee 7, the air is poured inside the main body 1 through an air hose 3 to expand the main body 1, and the branch hole of the gas conduit 8 is cut off by surrounding the branch hole from the inner side. And by pouring and releasing the air by utilizing the air hose 3, this gas bag is expanded and contracted, and thereby, the gas flowing out from the branch hole of the conduit 8 is cut off without hampering the gas flow in the gas conduit 8. Consequently, a large scale of work in the conventional way can be omitted when the work is carried out at the branch pipe side. |
