<p>PURPOSE:To improve facial properties by preventing generation of creases of a longitudinal wave on the surface of a metallic foil, by a method wherein pairing rolls which are faster than a conveying speed before precure and slower than a receiving speed are provided. CONSTITUTION:A precured laminated base 6 plated with a metallic foil is receired by receiving rolls 9. Then the same is cut into desired lengths by a cutter 10. Hereupon, a rotary speed of the receiving rolls 9 to be used for receiving is established so that a conveying speed of a section between the receiving rolls 9 and pairing rolls and a conveying speed of a section between laminating rolls 4 and pairing rolls become faster than a conveying speed of a section between the laminating rolls 4 and squeezing rolls 2. Since a speed of the pairing rolls themselves is varied it is constituted so that it is controlled appropriately. Hot pressure molding of a cut off laminated material 11 plated with a metallic foil is performed by a batch type hot pressure press, through which a laminated sheet is obtained.</p> |
