PRODUCTION OF GOLF CLUIB HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the method which is entirely different from a method using a lightweight core material consisting of a foam and which produces the golf club head made of a synthetic resin generally known as a big head. CONSTITUTION:A prototype obtd. by molding a compsn.consisting essentially of urea and polyvinyl alcohol is used as a core material 1. The synthetic resin is injected around this core material 1 as an insert, by which an injection molding 2 is formed. The core material 1 is eluted from the injection molding 2 by spraying hot water to the resulted molding.
