PURPOSE:To obtain stable starting characteristic or transient characteristic by providing a charging circuit to charge a capacitor used in an error to the desired voltage using a start signal or normal/inverse rotation signal as a trigger signal. CONSTITUTION:An encoder 14 detects speed of a motor 13 and a reference circuit 15 determines a reference speed. A comparator 16 compares an output of the encoder 14 with an output of the reference circuit 15, while an error amplifier 17 amplifies an output of the comparator 16. A charging circuit 18 charges a capacitor used in the error amplifier 17 to a desired voltage with a desired trigger signal. A controller 19 controls the motor 13 with an output of the error amplifier 17. Thereby, starting characteristic near the critical braking or transient characteristic can be obtained. |
