<p>PURPOSE:To resolve complaints from equipment users to improve the quality of service by controlling exit after setting an extra time at the time when congestion for exit is forecasted. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 4 connected to an entrance machine 3 totalizes the forecasted number of leaving persons at each time in accordance with use times and entrance times recorded on cards 2 and sets the time (extra time), which users spend in standing in a row and inserting cards 2 to an exit machine 5 at the specific tipe when congestion of leaving persons is forecasted, to the exit machine 5. When the facilities user inserts his card 2 to the exit machine 5 at the time of exit after using facilities, the exit machine 5 discriminates whether adjustment of an excess charge is necessary or not in consideration of the calculated forecasted exit time and the extra time based on the use time and the entrance time recorded on the card 2. When adjustment of the excess charge is necessary, an adjustment machine 6 displays information indicating that adjustment is necessary.</p> |
