PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity and converging state of light, by forming a secondary lens layer on a first lens layer, and processing the secondary lens film in softening treatment. CONSTITUTION:A flat film 2 is formed on a substrate 1, and a first lens layer 3 is formed with a pattern in a striped shape on the flat film 2. A secondary lens layer 4 is formed in an insular shape with a light sensitive, highly transparent material, such as an acrylic acid resin, that can be softened in high- temperature and also high-humid treatment. Then, the secondary lens layer 4 is softened in heating so that the secondary lens layer 4 is formed in a shape that is dropping to both sides in a cross direction and is remaining just on the first lens layer in the longitudinal direction. By this means, a microlens is formed by the first lens layer 3, the secondary lens layer 4, and a neighboring part of the secondary lens layer 4 so that the converging state of light can be kept uniform in cross and longitudinal directions. |
